“Flexsource Managed Service has held this contract for the last 10years, and this contract involves cleaning the largest building in North Dublin. This is an ambient food warehouse with several attached offices, reception and canteen area. The  warehouse covers 780,000 sq ft and has 79 loading bays.

General Cleaning of the Internal areas on this site takes place daily with Specialist and Window Cleaning conducted every 6 months .

The contract involves regular contact with site management and structured reporting which needs to be completed on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Any issues that arise at these meetings are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.

The service includes everything from light to deep cleaning of both the interior and exterior facility and attached offices. Some of the areas for cleaning at this site include: Onsite Canteen, Bathrooms, Warehouse floor, Offices, Internal and External Windows. Cardboard & Plastic segregation and recycling.

Recently conducted an internal audit of the Hygiene in all warehouses in across Ireland and the UK. The outcome of this was that warehouse and attached offices were awarded the ‘cleanest warehouse in Ireland’ again showing CPL/ Flexsource Managed Service’s commitment and dedication to hygiene.
